Why it matters for listed companies
Agentforce at more than $1.5 billion of annual recurring revenue is one of the clearest disclosed figures for what enterprises pay for AI agents, though it is still a small part of a company guiding to $46.1-46.4 billion of revenue. Total revenue growth of 11% shows agents are adding to, not yet transforming, the top line. Customers are businesses buying software seats and usage; IT services firms that implement Salesforce, including Indian ones, work on these deployments.
