Xflot collects Indian market information that is already public but scattered across a dozen places, and puts it on one page: IPO grey market premium and subscription figures, exchange-disclosed bulk and block deals, price and volume movement, and linked news.

What we do not do
We do not tell anyone what to buy, sell, apply for or avoid. There are no ratings, no target prices and no "apply or avoid" verdicts anywhere on this site, and there will not be. XDQ Labs Private Limited is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and publishing recommendations without that registration would be unlawful. Reporting public data is not.
We also do not republish anyone's articles. For news we store the headline, the publisher, a link, and a summary written in our own words — so the publisher gets the click.
The scoreboard
Most sites publish GMP before a listing and never mention it again. We keep the record: what the grey market implied against what each IPO actually listed at, including every time it was wrong. It is the one page here that can make our own data look bad, which is exactly why it exists.
Corrections
Figures are collected automatically from third-party and public sources and can be wrong, stale, or mis-matched to the wrong company. If you spot an error, write to enquiry@xdqlabs.com with the page and the figure, and we will check it against the source.
