Cancellation and refunds

Nothing renews automatically

Every Xflot plan is a one-off payment for a fixed period. We never charge you again on our own. Before a plan ends we email you, and it renews only if you choose to pay again.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for — nothing is taken away early — and then the account moves to Free. You keep your watchlist and settings.

Changed your mind? Until the period ends you can undo the cancellation from the same page.

Refunds

If you still want your money back, request a refund from your account, or write to enquiry@xdqlabs.com with the address you signed up with.

• If you ask for your money back, you get it. A request is declined only if this payment has already been refunded; or if this payment is under a chargeback or dispute raised with your bank, which will return the money itself; or if the request did not come from the account that made the payment. You are emailed either way.
• Refunds reach you within 7–15 working days of your request, returned to the same card, UPI account or bank account you paid from. We cannot refund to a different account.
• If the whole payment is refunded, the period it paid for ends when the refund is processed. If part of it is refunded, your plan continues unchanged.
• Your plan keeps working while a request is being reviewed.

Payments that fail

If a payment fails, no plan is changed. If money left your account anyway, your bank normally returns it within 5–7 working days without you needing to do anything. If it has not, write to us with the payment reference and we will chase it.

If a plan ends

When a paid period ends, the plan keeps working for 3 more days so a late renewal loses nothing. After that the account moves to Free.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable. Plans are sold by XDQ Labs Private Limited; payments are processed by Razorpay.
