Terms of service

Xflot (“the service”) is provided by XDQ Labs Private Limited, Spaze iTech Park, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana, India (“we”). By using the service, or by buying a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is — and is not

Xflot publishes market data that is already public — IPO calendars, subscription figures, grey market premium readings, prices, corporate actions and filings — and analysis describing that data.

It is not investment advice. XDQ Labs Private Limited is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, apply for or hold any security. Base rates describe what happened to past issues; they are not a forecast for any particular one. Grey market premium figures are unofficial, are set by no exchange, and are shown for information only. Decide for yourself, or with a registered adviser.

2. Accuracy

Data is collected automatically from exchanges and other public sources. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We correct errors we find or are told about, but we do not guarantee any figure, and you should check anything that matters against the original source before acting on it.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account is for one person. You must be 18 or over to buy a plan.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are one-off payments for a fixed period, at the prices on the plans page. They do not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Delivery. The service is delivered online. A plan's features become available to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. Nothing is shipped.

Cancellation and refunds are covered by the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own information and your own investing. You may not: resell or republish paid features or data in bulk; get around plan limits or access controls; scrape the site faster than the public API's published limits; or use the service to break the law or harm others. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted — by maintenance, by a source we depend on changing or failing, or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make using the service, including investment losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Your data

How we collect and use personal data is set out in the privacy notice.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on this page and, where it affects a plan you have paid for, by email before it applies. A change never shortens a period you have already paid for.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana. Before anything else, please write to us — most problems are solved by an email.
