Kolkata-based customer-experience outsourcer Fusion CX may open its IPO as early as next week, according to a PTI report carried by Upstox. The issue is put at Rs 700-800 crore, down from the Rs 1,000 crore first planned, and combines new shares with an offer for sale by promoters PNS Business and Rasish Consultant. SEBI cleared it in December 2025. The company reported FY26 revenue of Rs 1,818 crore, up 37%, and net profit of Rs 170 crore against Rs 74.40 crore, with 40 delivery centres in 13 countries and more than 13,700 employees. Nuvama, IIFL Capital and Motilal Oswal are the lead managers.
Why it matters for listed companies
No dates or price band have been announced, so this remains a report, not a schedule. If it opens next week it shares the calendar with HD Fire Protect (October 13-15, Rs 258-271 a share) and comes shortly before the Jio Platforms issue reported for October 21-23, so several issues would be drawing on the same pool of institutional and retail money. Fusion CX sells outsourced customer support, a line of work also done by listed BPO and IT-services companies, where clients are pressing for lower prices as AI handles more routine contacts.
