HCLTech reported consolidated revenue of Rs 35,620 crore for the September quarter, up 11.5% from a year earlier, and net income of Rs 5,132 crore, up 21.2%. New deal bookings were $3,258 million, and diluted EPS was Rs 70.22. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 a share.
Why it matters for listed companies
Deal bookings show how much contracted work clients have signed, much of it now tied to AI and automation programmes. Bookings at HCLTech feed revenue over the next several quarters and give a read on enterprise technology budgets that also matter for Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and mid-tier firms such as Coforge and Persistent.
